• 7-Day Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new orders. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Eligibility: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction

3. Cancellation

5. Partial Refunds & Credits

• Credits & Promotions: Promotional balances or free credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other accounts.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a dispute or chargeback through your payment provider, we may suspend or restrict your Services until the dispute is resolved. If the dispute is found to be invalid, you may be responsible for any fees or costs we incur.
